Jodi O'Keefe's father was Jack O'Keefe who is a director in Merck's human resource department is Noreen O'Keefe. She began modeling when she was 8 when she saw her older sister Heather modeling. She was a model for numerous brands like Gitano Jeans and DreamPhone. In her teens, Jodi attended Saint John Vianney High School Holmdel New Jersey.
