Anya Taylor-Joy

Allya Taylor Joy was born on 16 April 1997 in Miami Florida. Dennis Alan Taylor is a retired banker. Jennifer Marina Joy is a psychology student. The father of her is Argentine with Scottish-English descent. Her mother has Spanish and English roots. Taylor-Joy is one of the five children. Four are from Taylor's father's prior marriage. The family was in Buenos Aires until she was six years old, and then moved to the Victoria region in London. Taylor Joy says that moving to England was a very difficult experience. She refused to learn English and was hoping to move back to Argentina. Hill House became her school of choice after Taylor-Joy was forced to change schools. She then enrolled at Queen's Gate School, where she took dance classes and appeared in plays. When she reached the age of 16years old, Taylor-Joy left the school to concentrate on her acting career. From a young age Taylor-Joy was aware of her desire to work as an actress. her dreams came true when she was offered the opportunity to model Sarah Doukas the founder of Storm Management.
